3. Services Description

Our Agentic AI Internship Program provides:

• Access to guided, project-based learning in Agentic AI development
• Step-by-step implementation guides and mentorship
• Demo sessions with mentors for technical feedback
• Customized project development based on your career goals
• Learning materials covering various technology stacks

Important: Our program prepares you for technical interviews and provides hands-on experience. We do not guarantee employment or job placement.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Model

Our Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing varies by region and currency. All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through RazorPay, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access
• GST and other applicable taxes will be added as per Indian tax laws

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• Your data may be retained as per our Privacy Policy

5. User Accounts

5.1 Account Creation

Access to our portal requires authentication through Microsoft Azure AD. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Do not share your account credentials with others

5.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or illegal activities.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Services, including guides, materials, and resources, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the projects and code you create during the internship. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to review and provide feedback on your work.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or sell our learning materials
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our content for commercial training purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or mentors
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access our Services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Engage in any fraudulent activity

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
